A MESSAGE FROM LEO

The temperature is getting warmer. The grass is getting greener. And the golf season is upon us. It’s time to get your Waggle on. If you don’t know what that means, watch the video below where I explain not only what it is but why it’s important.
Don’t wait any longer to get out and loosen up. Get to the driving range, putting green, the chipping area and practice. Prepare yourself for playing a full 9 or 18 holes. If you’ve been pretty stagnant over the winter, ramp up slowly. If you need some help in dealing with the soreness, check out the Resources page on my website for people who can help you with strengthening exercises and dealing with those achy muscles. 
I look forward to seeing you out on the course this week.

It’s time to re-visit the Waggle. It’s time to initiate your swing with a connected left side. You’ll find better ball striking and your ball will end up closer to the target line because your left side initiated the swing.
